Llewellyn van Rooyen (32), made his first appearance in the Magistrate’s court of Swakopmund on Wednesday, following his arrest for the illegal possession of 245 grams of Cannabis, valued at N$12 250. Van Rooyen’s arrest was carried out in an intelligence driven police operation.
