A 56-year-old man faces a charge of Culpable Homicide after hitting a 46-year-old pedestrian with his car when the pedestrian attempted to cross Tom Swemmer Street at Walvis Bay on Saturday, 1 January 2022.
The pedestrian succumbed to the seriousness of his head injuries just after his arrival at the hospital. The next of kin are not yet traced.
