Twelve horse mackerel right holders’ right were renewed by the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources. In addition, 66 new rights were also granted. The announcement of the rights were made on Tuesday by the Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Dr Albert Kawana.
