A 19-year-old was arrested for possession of cannabis on Friday, 8 February.
Leonardo Munoz was arrested opposite the shell service station in Walvis Bay when police found in his possession three big bankies and one small bankie of cannabis with street value of N$1 620 for the 162 grams. Munoz appeared at the Walvis Bay Magistrates court yesterday. Investigations continue.
